Your high school transcript, which is an official record of your school career, is an important document. You may often be asked to produce it in the future. We feel you should know its location in the event that you are asked to submit a copy.
The DoD Dependent Schools are required by regulation to maintain your records at this school for four years, after which we must send them to the Pacific Regional Office. The records will be held in the Regional Office for one year However, should this school be closed during the four year period, your records will be forwarded to the Regional Office for retention for the remainder of the five year period.
If you require a copy of your official transcript during the four years following graduation please complete the Transcript Order form and submit to the address below. There is no fee for transcripts from Seoul American High School but please send stamps to cover all mailing expenses.

At the end of the fourth year or in the event this shcool is closed, transcripts may be requrested for 1 year by visiting the DoDEA site for Student Records and Transcript Request Procedures.
When requesting a copy of your tanscript, please identify the school from which you graduated, or last attended, and date of graduation. Also, include your complete name, date of birth, social security number, and signature.
